We will meet at Ray Wayside Park boat ramp (Rt. 40 East) at 8:30 a.m. We will travel up to the springs and back. We may see herons, ibis, limpkins, cormorants, egrets, common moorhens, wood duck and more! Audubon Members $15.00 per person.

We will meet at Moss Bluff Boat Ramp (west side, upstream) at 9:30 a.m. and cruise to the Great Blue Heron Rookery and back to the ramp. Lunch on your own at the Dam Diner. Audubon Members $10.00 per person.

It’s time for Ocali Country Days at Silver River State Park. Experience old time music, storytellers, and historical re-enactors portraying North Central Florida during the 1800’s. Traditional crafts such as sugarcane syrup making, blacksmithing, quilting, spinning, woodworking, and more are demonstrated. Vendors also offer unique crafts and food for sale. Festival admission (Saturday & Sunday 9 am – 4 pm) is $5.00 per person with children under six admitted free. State Park admission and parking are free.
